What does it matter if it's one key? You activate it, you'll get the DLC, right? At least that's how every such situation has worked for me in the past, HOWEVER, I seem to remember there are some games that won't do that. If you want to be sure, buy the CIV V complete bundle on Steam and it'll charge you only for the bits you're missing. (Though I suggest waiting for the next sale.)
