Cheapest way is
- mostly bundles (some are only 0.60$ for 10-20+ trash - like otaku etc)
- Humble (mostly the best,) IG, Fanatical, Groupees......
- Groupbuy (best way to split bundles or get IG Bundles cheaper during the Happy Hour
- Tremorcoins (free, if you have some time, or trade in) + Apps like these they give first time Steamkeys (Lootboy)
- DIG (Trash / Assetflip paradise, but sometimes a good cheap deal by splits.) - or russian alternative....
- Giveaways
- Sales with VPN to get it cheaper (but that's a other tropic)
incl russian sites or other gray area sites

I'm new to this so i'm mostly clueless when it comes to the best possible deals but what i've been doing is giveaway full-value games at big discounts.
Recently i saw one of those bundles with 100 random keys for 10 bucks or so but i'm suspicious that the games won't be worth jack shit. Could someone provide me feedback regarding those?

I'm not sure what kind of site you saw that, but in the best case, you get one or two games that are playable, and a the rest are good for card farming, in the worst case, you get a bunch of asset flip games or trash games with no cards at all.
Better save that 10 bucks for Steam sale to buy one or two games you want to play, or spend it on some random bundle from Humble Bundle, or quality bundle from Fanatical. Even if you don't like most of the games in the bundle today, who knows - maybe you would want it a few years down the road.

this may be a long story.
when you look at SG bundle threads, you usually see something like "already have this". you could also see something sounding like "i'll take this to share it", but looks rarer to my eyes.
so, where does SGers go to find their cheap keys? are those shops different compared to those used by a normal buyer?
i've used DIG a lot, and i think it's one of the best way to have a joyful life here, on SG.
may be a matter of CV, also, but i really think we, the SGers, need a slightly different type of shops. i've shared my way, and i can read english really better than writing it, so, kindly share yours :D
