I use Steam announcements to track bundles right now, so I'd suggest subscribing to this group. Hookups also posts most of the better bundle deals. For IGS specific (since some of the smaller deals tends to get overlooked), I follow the IGS Steam group.
Outside of that, I have my local bargain sites (EcoGamer, OzBargain). Alternately, you could just pop round this forum every once in a while; most bundle annnouncements get new threads here.
