I just created a steam account for my friend today, and all the games on my computer is on his account, in the library part.

Is this bad? Or is it just picking the games up, and when he goes on his laptop, they will not be there?

It will show as Preload or something, so don't worry, those are just your downloaded games showing up. Your friend has to buy them himself to play.

Nah, it's normal. Even if your friend try to play the game, it will either say to buy it himself or ask permission to share your library.
