Thank you. I didn't realize it was even a thing in my area until a few years back. There's the animal fair with pony shows and goats during the summer and reindeer eating out of your hand in the winter. Doesn't always work out but it's therapeutic. I hope you get to try it someday!

I'm hoping the forecast is wrong but it's normally right. Will just have to keep an eye on things throughout the day and see how the roads are looking. If nothing else the place is fairly consumer friendly so I can get comped and go next year.

Never played the original one, so it's definitely been weird to see others so hyped about a mario rpg. But then again it's been years I think since I last played a Mario game, due to their tendency to remain landlocked by nintendo consoles.
That said I still have very fond memories of 64 so hopefully you'll enjoy your time with it. :D
And congrats on your soon to be 4 years.

I have such good memories of playing it with my friends! The nostalgia goes hard. I've also had an itch to play it ever since I heard there's new content for it too. I'd imagine a lot of folks excited are in a similar boat so to speak. It can definitely be a challenge if you can't or don't want to source the console for Nintendo products too. I wish there was more availability outside of specific hardware on all fronts. Sony and Xbox are making strides in that direction. Hopefully the market will continue to shift that way in the future.

It's hard to believe that in just a couple more days I will have been lurking around this place for 4 years. Where does the time go?
AnyWay, there isN't too much to say. I had plans to feed some reindeer this weekend but the weather is turning sour. Booked in early December to avoid the snow that's going to dump in the mountains but nature doesn't always cooperate haha. Maybe I'll boot up the trusty old switch instead. Has anyone tried the new Super Mario RPG? I've been wanting to pick it up. The nostalgia is real. I figure it might be a great time to grab some warm drinks, a dozen or so BBQ chicken wings, and reacquaint myself with the game.
Well, time to wrap things up I suppose. Here's hoping for another year round these parts and maybe a gib or two, here or there. With that said, it's just about time for all the fun festivities to begin, so in advance, Happy Holiday's and stay safe!
