Mobile? Yeah, that seems to be a common problem for a friend of mine, they make the purchase, the money is spent, but the games were nowhere to be seen.
I think stuff popped up after another purchase, but not sure you can even test that.

You can also activate one of your inventory items to refresh it. Happened to me once

Similar thing happened to me 2 days ago.
Bought some cards from the Market and they showed up fine. At the same time I put up some buy offers. They were finished quickly, but the cards I got just wouldn't show in my inventroy. The badge system showed the set as complete tough and after some hours they just appeared in my inventory too.

Hey everyone, So I purchased Shadowrun and Cloudbuilt on my phone a couple hours ago while I was on break at work. I bought them as gifts and chose to save them to my inventory. I got the email conformation that I purchased the games and it is even letting me write a review for the games but they are not in my inventory.
I checked my inventory and purchase history and there isn't anything weird like someone transferring them out of my account. I submitted a support ticket, but I was wondering if anyone else had this happen before?
