Clicked on and look at a GA, hit backpage and was instantly spammed with this page.

No virus, no malware on my machine.
2nd time this has happened and only on Steamgifts the last year.

Ads are controlled by your browsing history on all sites that use Google AdSense or a similar marketing module. Such as SteamGifts. If you see things like that, it is only on your end, others won't experience the same unless they visit similar sites and live in a nearby region.
