You have to be more patient, it can be longer to come... Try to hang up on the forums and enter private giveaways.

I'm using steamgifts not for long time too, at the beginning I didn't win anything neither. But try like me to focus on GA in discussions and groups, now I am in 80 giveawys and have over 50 points to use, because of careful managing my points :) don't waste them on games you don't want to win because you wouldn't play them anyway and these which chances are really low.

You're doing just fine then. Learn how to search, read, do math, be patient, and all will be grand.

If I got a game every time one of these threads was made, I'd own the entirety of the Steam store.

Just check the probability of success for every giveaway. you will see a chance of 0,01% for every giveaway.
Or you expect to win one game a week?

Try to give something from yourself. For few 1$ HB bunldes giveaways you should reach CV lvl2. That will grant you entries to higher lvls GAs with (in theory) smaller amount of entires.

Also, Like David Sarif said, try to participate in community, check disscussions, talk with people. Eventually you will find hidden GAs, or puzzles, maybe even someone will add you to whithelist :)

Anyway - just be patient. Some of things I have mentioned might sound strange to you but you will figure it out soon. Oh, and read rules and FAQ. It helped me understand this site at very beginning :)

You need to give so you can gain levels. A lot are in the 1+ range. Check every hour for the quick 1-hour posts. Eventually, you'll meet a good group. You'll quickly learn, for most of us, there's no trick to being ahead in this site. Instead, it feels good to give gifts and every now and then you get something small back.

Rumour has it that if you give away games you're more likely to win. ;)

I have 2 wins on 1102 entered giveaway that is 1/551 or 0,18%. Considering I'm on level 2 I think it's what could be expected. You and I need to create more GA (I have 11 + 6)

I've enter over 1,000 giveaways and only won 4. Winning giveaways is more luck than anything in my experience.
But obviously you will win one some point.

I won my first GA about a month or so after i signed up.
It's getting "easy" after your contribution rank goes up, so giving away some bundle games is always a good idea :)

Its really random i won my first giveaway after a 1000 entries but some might get lucky on first day. Patience is a virtue.

Besides its not like your loosing something big since its a free game u can win with free points :)
