VVVVVV is a fantastic game (i beat it twice), but in terms of difficulty i'ts nothing compared to this. ;)

no, it's one of the fan games that are based on I Wanna Be The Guy. those games are all free, and they often contain copyright-protected material. so you will never see them on Steam. just look at the bosses of I Wanna Be The Boshy. you will see Mario, Sonic, Megaman, Street Fighter characters and so on. :)
