Humble store region restriction

How can I tell? I know it used to display region restrictions but with the new layour it seems to me that it isn't longer the case or maybe I'm missing something. I want to purchase this: https://www.humblebundle.com/store/wwe-2k20, but since I live in México im afraid I won't be able to gift it as a row-cdkey
