It's a remaster of AoE1. The name of the sub is a bit weird indeed, the only "bundle" would be this:

What a goddamn pain. I'm missing three of the games - Ori, AOE, As Dusk Falls - and two of them are significantly more expensive on Steam in my country than they are in the USA.
Finding anyone willing to do a split is going to suck.

Yes. Microsoft Game Studios (the publisher) rebranded to Xbox Game Studios for whatever reason. The games are for PC, all Steam keys.

Yeah you can see on the right hand side of the page it says "Redeem on Steam". It's called this because the games are all published by Xbox Game Studios
