public giveaways can be level restricted, level 1 alone will increase your chances

Directly, no. But an active member is more likely to receive invites to giveaway groups and private giveaways, which have higher chances than public giveaways.

Well, if you make a lot of GAs (preferably with games not included in bundles) you could become a SG celebrity and get in many private groups, so indirectly giving away a lot of games could increase your chance of winning.

I'd say being active gives you a higher chance of winning but not nec. donated but it can, like delta said.

You have a higher chance of winning, if you find hidden breadcrumbs to giveaways and capitalise on them.

Yes they are, why???? Because if you're on a higher level then you can enter higher level giveaways, as in higher levels there are less users there will be less people entering the giveaway, therefore your chances of winning are higher.

I've entered a public (level 0) Mortal Kombat X giveway, it had almos 20 000 users registered so my chances were 0,00005 or 0,005% (pretty small hum?) and I entred other that was level 3 and it was invite only, 500 users chances were 0,002 or 0,2%, I didnt win xDDDD but of course it was more probable to win the level 3 giveaway rather then the public one ;)
