Add "Finished" button in Giveaways Won page

Personally, I just have a "Won" category in my Steam library in which I put everything I won on Steamgifts. I also have a "Finished" category, where I (surprise) add games I finished. I'd hate to clutter steamgifts with what I consider a very pointless button that no one but you can see anyway.

I use BLAEO for that, which is availalbe from PC or mobile, and lets you classify your games - SG wins being a hardcoded category of their own.

I dont feel like its really needed

You can check also oter peoples playtime/achiev and you can't cheat.

If youre looking for something for personal use only - as Heeroo said you can edid your categories and it works really well if you put all your won games in one category and set another category for "finished games".
