Not sure why you want to report yourself, but if you want a reroll, you just post in the giveaway the situation. Then the giveaway creator requests a reroll and refers support to your message you wrote on the GA and it's an easy reroll for him.

I've had to request a bunch of rerolls it's not a problem at all. The ticket takes 5 seconds and the re-roll happens in less than a day, sometimes 15-20 mins. It's not an inconvenience and everyone makes mistakes.

Everybody make a mistakes :) To be honest, I also join to the giveaways, until i didn't read at somebody givaway "from humble bundle" - i checked on my HB account and add keys :). So take it easy, it's no problem for me, also requested for new winner :)

I don't believe that's even a violation of site rules. Technically, as long as you don't own the game in your Steam account, you can enter giveaways for it. You could even own a gift copy of the game and still enter. In practice though, it is frowned upon to do so knowingly. Even activating the game and forgetting to leave giveaways for it is an understandable oversight. You made an honest mistake, asked for a re-roll and apologized for it*. No need to report yourself.
* Something most people won't do.

There is absolutely no need to report yourself for this reason. These things happen. The gifter can just request a reroll if you haven't used the key they sent you and you did well to contact them.

Something that just occured to me : what if you tell the creator to reroll because you already got the game and they refuse ? Then after 7 days they create a ticket to request a received feedback and create another giveaway with their gift

If there's evidence that you requested a reroll (a comment on the giveaway page or a relevant support ticket, for instance), then the received feedback won't be granted.

A winner asked me to reroll one of my giveaways. It was rerolled almost instantly for me. (Within an hour, felt like within 3 minutes to be honest, but I lose track of time easily)

Not a big deal, probably happens a lot. I did it once. People enter for giveaways many days in advance and then buy a bundle, activate the game on their account, and then forget to go through their giveaway entries and remove the games they just bought so they end up winning a game they already own.

So I won a giveaway not realising the game was added to the humble bundle. Well, I realised it too late. It was a stupid mistake and I already wrote to the giveaway creator he should request a new winner..
Naturally I wanted to report myself but when I look at my own profile I don't see a report button.
