Not working on my end. Thought it might be up since someone responded an hour ago with a confirmation. Though, my OS and payment region may be set to JP.

Just worked here. USA.
Not sure if I needed to add a payment type, but I did add PayPal.
Also got the error osztihun mentions, instead of a confirmation ("Error: something happened on our end" or something like that.) But the game was on my XBox Account page after.

Added a screenshot for where to go to input the code, since I wasn't quite sure if I needed to go to Checkout or Add to Cart first (you... don't?).
