Yes, I still sometimes play it.

The DLC's were all made free on Origin at one point.

I wondered the same a week or so ago and installed it. There certainly are servers that you can play on and most of the time they aren't swarmed by lvl 99 people

I haven't played BF3 or BF4 in over a year. There is a map I really like in BF3, so I kept it installed thinking I would play it again. I just don't seem to ever be in the mood for that type of MP anymore.
