Yeah but not everyone owns multiple accounts to do so, or accounts fully unlocked and connected to authenticators like mine have.. I also use ASF for this..
I actually came to this idea because I did my "first" farm for a friend on steam yesterday and since they are now been idle there, I thought why not make this offer xd

honestly im unsure, but i kinda think this falls under "trades" trading cards for services.... so wrong section, but allowed elsewhere (err at least i believe)

No, not at all... I own 6 accounts aside from my main account that I can farm games on for whoever is interested, the people send me a game gift with card drops available, I farm the cards and send thoose back to that same person... thats about it, its only a help for people collecting cards/badges
