I've got a question regarding Rule 1. Is it cool if I enter giveaways currently open since I've created a giveaway, or do I need to wait for it to end? The wording is a little weird on it.
I've gone ahead and entered in something someone's offering that I'm extremely interested in, so I hope that's alright since it ends so soon.

I'm unsure exactly what Rule 3 means. I understand that CV doesn't count on less than 5 entries, but how does this relate to the group giveaways? I don't quite understand the part about deleting. The creator can delete a giveaway with less than 5? Just want to make sure I know exactly what it means...

Arise Giveaway Group is looking for new and active members to be a part of the group. If you are interested to join, please make sure you can follow the few simple rules and everything will be fine. We have our own little website to auto keep track of ratio for every member. Group Statistics.
Your SteamGifts profile must be level 5+ and good ratio (More Gifts Sent than Gifts Won and the same considerable value).
All new members need to make a giveaway within 48 hours of joining and have it successfully completed before entering any group giveaways.
Monthly/Weekly giveaways are not mandatory (though always appreciated). We request all members to keep a good ratio of 2:1 (for every 2 games you win, you must giveaway 1 game) or better.
DLC's and Region Restricted group giveaways are not permitted. The only exception will be DLC packages that come with the base game.
Please also read the group General Rules too before asking for invite.
Note: All of the invite requests will be considered. But if you didn't get a reply or if you didn't get any invite that means we have decided to deny your request. Nothing personal, but we are choosing our members carefully and we hope that you will understand.
If you don't meet the above requirements, please don't bother to ask an invitation.
