Is your Steam account region the same as the region you used for purchasing the game from Indiegala?

"region you used for purchasing the game" means a region set for your payment method (CC/ PayPal account)

Sadly you can't see your IndieGala region. I assume they take it from the IP you used when purchasing and / or the payment settings.
I see that you list Turkey as your country on your Steam profile, so I assume you purchased the game from a Turkish IP?
If so, then the following should match:
I checked the SteamDB versions for this game and they're a bit weird. It would be great if we could have the SubId that the key activates so that we can investigate further, but for that you would need to activate it via ASF since the classic Steam activation does not provide a SubId.

Well, in all case key have to work, because, as I said, I don't use any proxy and VPN, so IG have to see turkish IP, and for payment I use debit card of turkish bank. And, as you saw, the region in my steam acc also set as Turkey. =)
P.S. What SubId and ASF are (I know ASF as Apache Software Foundation only =))?

ASF is ArchiSteamFarm (SteamGifts thread).
Each app on the Steam store belongs to one or more Subs (basically when you buy something from the store, you buy a subscription to that item = a sub); but think of SubIds as some "packages" that can hold multiple apps and have specific region locks and run locks.
If all the regions match then I don't know what else to suggest than waiting for an answer from the support time. Sorry that I couldn't be more useful than that.

Thank you, but look like you misunderstand me. I bought this key without a problem. The problem is I can't activate it in steam. And, no, there are no any region settings on IndieGala.

45052, 188431 and 191717 should work in Turkey, the other 4 packages would not.
My guess is they gave you either 188452 or 188453 and should have given you 188431

Problem was solved, IG support just asked for screenshots of activation error and gave me another key.

Hello, steamgifters.
Yesterday I met an interesting problem. As you know, there are a on Indiegala. I was interested in Agents of mayhem. Before i bought it, I checked region restriction, and it said
Region locked game "it will only work in the region from where it is bought"
Well, once I got key, I tried to activate it in steam and got a message "This key can't be activated in this region".
Of course I wrote a letter to IG support, but there is still no answer.
May be you faced such problem before and can suggest some solution of give any advice?
In advance, thanks for help.
P.S. I don't use any proxy or VPN or etc.
