My question is does that work with a 4-pack or only with a single copy purchase?

I doubt it, I think its only for a direct purchase into your library.

Nope.. a Dev clearly said that the Promo gives you 1 extra copy per purchase.. so 1 xtra copy. 4-Pack will give you 5 copies total where the Single game purchase will give you 2. So you can buy multiple single Games to get 1+1 each time or you can buy a 4-Pack to get 1+3+1.. What's the better deal is all up to how many copies you want to buy and from what region you're from. link

No. The 4 pack is actually a 5 pack, and the single copy is actually a 2 pack. Each gift does not spawn an extra upon activation.

Be aware when you're trading for this game. If you're trading for it (like I did) to get a copy and an extra to trade, READ THE DESCRIPTION of the gift. You may get a single copy that doesnt have the extra. Best to find a trader that buys on demand.

I'm interested in trading for a Copy which contains the xtra free copy and it's all pretty confusing. So I see copies saying "Single Copy" and others saying "Gift No Gordo".. what was mentioned on the one you bought that DID contain an extra copy ?

I don't remember as it didnt matter at the time as I knew I was getting a fresh purchase. I even tried looking at my Steam gift history (via clicking the money in the upper left of the client), but that didnt help. I got it from a trader who buys on demand, so he didnt have stock already. I was informed by someone else that Gift No Gordo refers to a character in the game so I removed that, and Gordo is in my game. The only ones I can tell for sure that dont have the extra are the 4 pack copies. Im fairly sure the "Gift No Gordo" is the one that dropped after I activated mine, I tried to check with who I traded my extra with but he had already activated it. I didnt want to leave potentially misleading info, so I removed it as I'm not 100% sure.

Your best bet is to find a trader who buys on demand and I find that a lot of the heavy traders are among this group. If they're buying on demand and already own the game, they cant activate it.

I can confirm now 100% that if it says "SINGLE GIFT No Gordo" that is the "free" copy from current single copies.

I confirmed by someone on my friend's list just got the game, activated, and thats what the gift copy in his inventory says.

That was already clear.. but what is mentioned on the Original Purchased game.. the one that will produce a second copy once activated.
