Looks like this worked good for promoting the giveaway and get more participants, but also worked in a bad way because people who you have bl'd did that to me thinking I have them in that list

wasn't there some kind of rule against that?
I'm pretty sure that by"bumping" support threads, they are automatically set to lowest priority again ;)

Could be he made a giveaway for support members and wants them to look in the ticket and find the giveaway link?
