I just found this deal and thought i will let you know about it.
It's an amazon offer from germany, don't know whether its region restricted to get or not.
You receive Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas totally for free, though its not for steam.

look on google for some generators for the numbers on the id card there are many, the algorithm for the age is known!

It's part of a launch promotion on Amazon. It's the first time it offers game downloads for titles that are age rated 18 and above, this is like a celebration gift to make us aware :)

Apparently it has some serious DRM. Should I install? I'm scared.

From the reviews, "The program installs a copy protection driver (DAY) can paralyze the entire operating system (64 bit version)
even if it is free! (Ubisoft is known for the user to foist malicious software)"

it's Tages DRM, but yeah I don't like it either, but have no problems with it. (I'm using 64bit O/S)

I get send to a page that has a pic of some lady's ID and I have to fill in the: Dokumentennummer, Geburtsdatum and Ablaufdatum.

Won't accept anything I put in.

You shouldn't use someone else's ID; but, that said, no, they won't get in trouble. Basically, a German ID contains your general date of birth when it's generated, so they can determine your age from it without having to look it up.

And there are generators that can produce a valid German ID number online, apparently, so you don't have to use someone else's.
