Funny how they con't decide how their leveling up will work... Every time I visit AlienWare, there's a new point/tier/whatever system.

I thought I had earned enough points long ago for level gates to not be an issue on Alienware, now I log in and I'm only tier 2. Cool!

Something is messed up on their end. I can't claim either game key but it did give me a Century scrap pack code. I'm default logged in from Firefox but when I try to log in on any other browser or system, I get rejected for bad credentials. Looks like the intern was left in charge again.

Their site has been having issues for weeks now, it's always something different... The intern working on it is trying his best.🤣

Maybe those keys are reserved for tomorrow's event? This time tomorrow, if I'm not mistaken with my time zone conversion? "March 2nd 3 PM CT".

I used to be like level 30 or something? I dunno something high, and apparently now that's low. :x

I am TIER 3, but they are not giving me a key for some no sense reasons:

It's stuck anyway. Looks like it was released by mistake, as they usually start giveaways at 6pm CEST

I'm tier 5 and get the same message at the moment. Must be on their end.

Now they keep the cool games keys for their montly vault open, i remember when they made giveaways for good games not for garbage and ingame codes for games nobody care.

guess it's not released yet because i activated my key but it says SOON where it normally says NEW. maybe we should request access to the playtest ;)

I used to sign in through Steam but apparently it does nothing and just takes me back to the main page lol
