It's the first steam summer sale I've bothered to buy stuff in and on day 3 I already met my budget. I've failed guys, I failed my wallet and myself.

well I don't regret buying the games I got but I picked up an early access game that was ~ $10. That took away half my budget of $20

you heard wrong. last day of sale are always repeats of everything thats come before. valve USED to do good, fun, interesting sales, but these days creativity and suprrises are out the window in favor of maximising profit by having each sale happen two to three times.

I missed two games I wanted because I was waiting on my friends to see what they were interested in getting, and when they never got online I found myself staring at the screen with two minutes left on the sale trying to debate what I was going to get, if I was going to get the four pack, and if I wanted the games now or wait until the next big sale. I ended up deciding to get them only to run out of time and not get them.... So right now I'm kinda irritated at myself and the sale in general.
