Can i giveaway a Battlefield 3 copy attached to an Origin acc?

Hey folks i am new here and i just wanted to ask if i can give away a game copy that is attached to an account. I intend to give the account completely is that legit?

Illegal, really? I know it's against ToS and is grounds for getting the account closed and game revoked, but I've never heard of it being illegal.

Indeed. The usage of the word "illegal" is not correct here, but it is most certainly against the Terms of Service for EA Origin.
