lol things CAN change, but there is a lot variables to judge lol might be as DA saying, but might be not lost cause

+1 on this too. Bribing staff with food does wonders ;p

Need more to go on to understand what the root of the problem between you two (or more?) is. For just general suggestions though, if the manager seems like a decent individual towards other people, try and calmly ask the manager what you could do to improve, or ask others if they know what the problem is.
=/ Unfortunately though, if you're not doing something "bad": for example I have several associates that bother me with their constant complaints about how they wish they weren't at work or how much this job sucks... if they don't wanna be at work there's plenty of other people who would love the hours if they'd move on to a job they actually like -_-
If there's nothing performance/workethic wise that's bothering them though there's a decent chance you have personalities that just... clash. It happens sometimes and there's honestly not much anyone can really do about it beyond possibly just learning to live with each other or moving on to a better job. Talking and being civil trying not to fight helps a fair bit though and sometimes you can just kinda grow on each other.

performance is good, apparently it's all about personalities and well I guess they don't really like me (we are a total of 7). I am the only male, usually i get along easily with females as I had more female friends than male but here it's different... thanks for your message :)

some bosses are non reconcilable. you can
a. talk to him. ask for feedback on what to do better.
b. start searching for a new job.
c. work harder so the other workers will hate you for kissing up to the boss.
d. go on a murderous rampage...
e. eat cake. and feel happy ;) job is for living. not the other way around

Happy cake-days!
I'm terrible at giving that kind of advice. I usually change my work when there is anything that makes me feel uncomfortable :)

and if you have a spare moment... i'm having some troubles at work, my manager kinda hates me... any advice on how to improve the relationship with your manager and your team?
edit: a bit of context is needed, sorry for that:
With my previous Manager I got zero issues, nothing at all. I then got a new manager since 6-7 months, and a whole new team to be part of. We are all reporting to this manager. I ve been told I am not that good at being a team player and that I am bad with people.
Now I agree I am not a really outgoing person but the way things are presented really makes me feel like a huge a**le and horrible human.... Also, I am the only male so when they talk, most of the times I cannot partecipate as I'm not really an expert in makeup, good local hairdressers and such things
