Just do a direct trade of keys for gift. Worst come to worst, they'll revoke the game and refund the keys you used to trade for it.

It's really the only reason I dared to trade for it this time (wouldn't have done it if it was a steam key).

I feel the same, I'm very unconfortable with trading. I'm busy at the moment and I wouldn't play it right now, so I'll wait for next sale and grab it relatively cheap, even if it's a bit more than the Russian price.

There are only sold seperately.
Atm, the cheapest way to get them is buy Legendary.

Revoked is always a possibility, though reading from everyone's comments it seems that the ROW Russian bug has been there for a long time and not fixed, so the probability is a bit slim.

If you trade it directly via the trade window you should get your keys back (might need to email steam support if they don't refund the keys right away though).
