Coupons are 100% worthless, except for some especially rare and unusual ones- namely since, as Archi noted, you can get coupons for free simply by commenting on any steam-related site. In fact, there are groups dedicated to taking and reassigning unwanted coupons, so you can usually browse available coupons pretty freely, without having to guess at which ones are currently available. For added emphasis, the group I linked currently has 324 coupons available for the game in question.
It's one of those things where, even if you find someone willing to trade for them and knowledgeable of the elements I mentioned above, you're still essentially scamming them by allowing them to give you anything in exchange for your [inventory trash]. It's somewhat akin to going outside, grabbing a random, non-unusual/non-attractive rock, and trying to claim it's worth something. Anyone who'd believe you is generally a child or naive, and it's ethically unreasonable to try and utilize such individuals in such a way.
Rare, high-discount coupons which stack with steam discounts can be worth something. Humble coupons occasionally can be, but they're bound to account which receives the bundle purchase, so you'd have to gift the entire bundle to give those out (and I'm honestly not sure whether you can even do that anymore, or if they still
A 20%, non-stacking coupon, on the other hand, is usually so worthless that you'd more likely have to pay people to take it off you, than anything else- it's unwanted inventory clutter, rather than anything beneficial.
You're certainly more than welcome to try and trade them (though, perhaps, you may want to do so on a more appropriate site), but [unless you've a coupon which is unusually valuable] you'd need some pretty notable luck to trade a coupon for anything of any value, much less manage to trade it for specific items. Of course, then there is the fact that it does come across scammy, as noted above, which may get you some negative considerations for the attempt. In summary, it's a long-shot effort which is more likely to have a negative outcome than a positive one.

I got a 20% coupon off of Beat Cop, which I don't intend on buying so if anyone's interested I'll trade it to you for a trading card from following games: Batman: Arkham Asylum, Borderlands 2, Injustice: Gods Among Us, Killing Floor 2, L4D2, Shadow of Mordor, PAYDAY: The Heist and The Binding of Isaac
