I'm skeptical of them, as are a lot of people, but I've bought a 12-month from them for $37. The code was sent pretty quickly and it worked.

I tried 2 different sellers on Ebay, but both of the codes were region locked, so beware before you buy any of it online... for me it's cheaper if I just walk to a retailer where it's around $50 instead of $60

xbox live codes are not region locked - they don't work that way. Game codes might be as content on US Xbox marketplace mightn't be available elsewhere (there are ways to get around it by using a different DNS and email location)
