Account Glitched Out?

So my points are locked at 0. Everytime I leave a giveaway it says 10P, but when I reenter or refresh I get back to 0P, also saying not enough points to enter, no entering the giveaway. I am also not gaining any points. There is a private giveaway about to end soon that I can't enter.

Sync your account , logout and clean all your browser's cache with CCleaner or something , login again. Maybe this could work.
