I personally wouldnt waste money on this. But concidering they have Telltale Batman Shadows Edition where you can get both games and the shadow mode, I dont understand why they dont offer them for free for users who own both games.

They might not be able to get paid for the two Batman games due to the Batman IP, basically it might be a licencing issue and WB might be getting money for those games.The DLC is now listed under LCG Entertainment, Inc. and their parent company is the Publisher which bought Telltale. The DLC might be the only thing they can get paid from.
