The premise was great, a psychological experiment on humans facing an imminent and post apocalyptic world.
The execution was horrible, and characters bland. The bullshit "twist" they came up with at the end was unnecessary and didn't contribute anything to the story, it could have been left out completely and nothing would have changed overall in the plot.
It would have been better if it was episodic and from the perspective of one character, not some third party entity.
If I had to give it a rating it would be 3/10.
Also yes, the girl was an idiot.
Edit 2: Watch 'Snowpiercer', it's a good movie.

About the end: After the first viewing I may have misunderstood some parts and thought it had a cool idea for the "twist". Then I thought a bit about it and was not sure if the movie had an interesting twist-idea that was terribly delivered, or if it had a terrible idea that was somewhat "ok" done. But the more I think of it, I'm pretty sure, there wasn't even a twist at all and the movie was just bland.

A movie where a high school class plays some alternative apocalypse themed DnD style game.
It is based on a philosophical thought experiment, who to pick to rebuild human civilization. Which was very interesting to start off with, but I am really confused about the ending. After two fairly typical runs, they mix it up and decide that "everybody is worth as much as everybody else", except for artists, minorities, and people carrying drugs who are more equal than others. Because it is more enjoyable to starve to death out in the open, with homosexual opera singers, than to live in comfort and productivity with engineers, carpenters, and farmers.
I just cannot tell if the movie is trying to be serious or sarcastic. Did anyone here GET the point this movie? Is the point that that girl was an idiot?
