Is South Park SoT family-sharable?

My friend bought the new South Park game,and he's going to let me use it via family-sharing. I have a few questions about it though.

  1. It's sharable,right?
  2. I get a "No Licenses" error when trying to pre-load it. Is that a problem?
  3. I don't require a key do I?

Also want to add,it IS a Russian copy.

I am not sure, but i think regiolocked games isn't shareable.
Or if it is, you need to be in the right regio to play with it.

It is shareable but, family sharing does not allow second user to preload games. When the game will come out, you will be able to download it.
