Realy? Thats cool, a first ever Guerrilla Games game on pc. But when are we ever gonna get other PS exclusives like Pursuit Force, Resistance, Killzone, God of War, Patapon, Dead Head Fred, GTA Stories, Starhawk, Last of Us, Uncharted, etc... why and how Horizon Zero Dawn i do wonder... makes me wonder... not that i ever wanted it on here but i dont mind it, i just want to know why, why this game, why at all and why now. HZD is a far newer game than those other titles i mentioned and yet were getting it instead, i dont understand... if anything can be garnered from the article, its that it will probably be a EGS exclusive and only on pc for the sole reason of EPIC MONEY.

Which PS4 exclusives use PC engines? Both Naughty Dog and Santa Monica also use custom engines. Guerrilla Games also have always used custom engines for their games (and they're probably only porting the last version of Decima, since that's what Kojima needed). That's really not surprising: an engine designed from the ground for a specific hardware is going to have better performance. This also makes porting harder (it's why it's taking porting Decima to PC so much time: it uses some PS4 exclusive features that are hard to port).

I dont care what you buy, doesnt matter to me whether you believe me that im too poor to buy games for strangers when i dont even have any money for myself to buy games or to upgrade my pc to even play free to play games, call of duty warzone, can i run it? Nope but i sure wish i could. 4 Ram doesnt meet the requirement of 8 ram among other things. Well, they just blatantly requested you suspend them for either of 2.7 years or 7 months, depending on interpretation.

Further, a "blue moon" is the second full moon within the same calendar month, which is a event which occurs roughly every 2.7 years, with the next one falling on October 31st of this year. Their intention here seems rather obvious. Given that they mentioned their need to see snowflakes, which aren't typical to October, I believe we can further assume their intention to be towards receiving the 2.7 year duration.
Add in the fact that they continued acting inappropriately after you asked them to stop, and I don't see any reason not to oblige their very straightforward request. Nevermind that they've been pursuing this matter on-and-off for 25 days now, which takes it pretty far out of the realm of "just responding due to being provoked".

Yes, but there also have to be people to receive those games. If only people who give away games are in your eyes eligible to receive games - then it's nothing more than a trade. I personally am happy to give to people who don't give a lot (or even nothing) themselves, since I know there are actually people who don't have a lot of money. Why would I demand of them to spend what little they might have to make some giveaways for me? Shouldn't we instead be happy to help? Sure, there are black sheep. But you simply can't know who is actually a leecher and who really has little money and can't make giveaways. So, maybe it's more reasonable to give people the benefit of the doubt instead of accusing them of being a leecher.

I wonder if Sony is also planning to turn the Playstation brand into a "platform" just like Microsoft is doing with Xbox. Either being a publisher is more profitable than selling consoles or they're seeing the end of consoles as they currently are comming within this decade.

Possible, but unlikely. Sonys games division is currently doing very well (better then any division in the company) and they likely don't want to mess too much with a winning formula. Sony is very good publisher though, and they're probably somewhat open to letting their developers make ports and low-budget projects for platforms that they don't see as direct competitors to their console (ie. Steam/PC in this case).

I did hear that the other hardware divisions from Sony aren't doing as well as they used to, but I imagine they probably have a few contingency plans after the PS Vita laguished for years and went down silently, or how they managed to somehow fail at launching a mini console.
On an unrelater note, I miss the days when they made their good walkman phones. I had a w508, not only it had great audio, the battery lasted for at least 3 or 4 days without a charge.

I guess Sony pulled this move just to generate more profit. Life of PS4 is coming to it's end, PS5 will be released somewhere in the end of 2020. No one will bother buying PS4 just to play H:ZD after 3 years, especially considering the fact that's it's now available on PS Now. (Last Of Us 2 - may will still be a system seller, but Horizon certainly not).
Another thing to remember is that Guerilla Games are working on a sequel. I suppose that H:ZD 2 will be an early PS5 exclusive, so it might help with bringing more players, making some of the PC players buy PS5.
Another thing is that Kojima probably really wanted to port DS to PC (bringing players together and all that shit), so Guerilla Games probably have been working on their Engine to make it compatible with PC, so after that Sony decided why not use this chance to also sell Horizon, make more money.
To be honest tho, personally I won't buy PS5 if they are going to release every single of their games also on PC (but highly unlikely, i still think that H:ZD will be an exception and probably demonstration of Decima Engine's capabilities, if they are ever going to make it commercial). The only game that made me buy PS4 was Bloodborne, so unless they release Bloodborne 2 exclusively on PS5, I will probably hold-off with buying PS5.

Quantik dream games are no longer with Sony and the license with the sony expired...also their games are coming to steAm after 1 year EGS (avoid that store) exclusivity. Horizon Zero dawn was made by Guerrilla games a direct first party sony studio. Not to mention all the sources say it's coming to steam.
