Yeah. They link to some strange store following with B letter, on which they claim that's official, but I don't know if is true, cuz they often have suspicious low prices 😀.

From what i've seen it actually does provide keys, for example the one this post is about. But at least it's non-refundable.

Iirc direct linking to gg.deals might be removed by mods, too, since there are links to key shops (even when not by default).
However, this case is worse, since they actually offer some products cheaper on their other domain without information about where the keys are coming from. The other domain isn't even listed as a key shop at gg.deals or AKS, search engine results aren't the greatest although mixed up with another "Buff" (data miner from US), so I would be very careful.

Additionally, the ref code is still there.

Their design is a pretty similar copy of gg.deals. The chinese shop I've never heard of before, which they link to as "official store" with the best price for Rain World, is their own store, albeit under a different URL/domain. It auto-translates badly, including the game titles. They don't offer Paypal. Sketchy at best, I'll avoid it like the plague.
