Indiegala Problem

I buyed a bundle for $1,89 in bitcoins,double checked the bitcoin address to send,after payment completed,they said to check my mail.so i checked nothing in spam,trash,promotions,inbox,absolutely nothing.checked my profile nothing.checked the transaction and my mail are typed correctly.
So what can be happened?
