What is your opinion on using SG Tools to limit entries only to users with less than **n** games in their library (**n** being a reasonable larger number, thousand-ish or something)?
I'm not sure if it's deliberate, but Minimum Real CV (Sent): 400 will stop anybody at level 2 entering. I'm at level 5 and fail because my Real CV sent is 286.6

Aside from SG Tools, it's contributor level 2 or higher, that's what the description on this site says, and unless this is broken..

Yes, because of the decrease in CV and level.. I'm not sure if they are always completely in sync, doesn't seem like it to me. but I couldn't find anything on this so far.

Well it's in sync for me. Can't you just remove the CV requirement if lv 2 was your intended target group? Or set CV requirement to 25?

It is. Your level is calculated from your real contribution value (CV). source
The only situation that your CV displayed on SGTools becomes unsynced with your level (and your actual CV) is when you create games/bundle being worth more than $100. This is due to a technical limitation of SGTools.

Because someone with a lesser amount of games in the library might appreciate a win more than someone with a couple of thousand games, that they, let's be honest, can't realistically play all. Just a thought.
