Need help understanding foreign group buys.

So I'm new to this whole thing so bare with me. Some guy is selling Payday 2 on bundlethebundle for lower than the price normally is on steam. He lives in Ukraine so I guess they get that region discount right?

If I were to buy one of the copies from him would it even work? Or would it work and then get me banned later. Thanks guys, I tried googling around for the answer but couldn't find anything, but I didn't want to jump right in and then get screwed later.

He wants to buy the bundle (keys - no restrictions) and dont wants this game,
so he splits the price, with other people who want this game!

I have a feeling iRavage doesn't know how bundlethebundle works.

You don't risk to be banned; the risk would be that the key is region locked and doesn't work outside the buyer's country. I don't know if this specific game has regional locks, though.

In terms of trust, read what other people wrote.

depends on the guy you're buying from as some people are scammers so beter use steamtrades.com and deal with some1 with high Reputation Just to be Safe :)

His rep appears to be squeaky clean. How do I watch out for scammers? I'm assuming it's something like he gives me the game, I pay him, and then if I don't pay him he yells at steam to ban me so it'll work out like that right?

you can check steamtrades.com and look at their rep (should be no negative and about 50 positive or more) and steamrep.com. be sure you have the right id, scammers are copying the profiles of high reputable traders so be careful

bundlethebundle have a own rep system press the name from the seller and then on the left site statistic positive or negative
