I think Fanatical might have had this bundle for around this price, but this is the lowest I've seen it in the Steam store directly. Two good games for less than $6 each.

You can try the option "I have a question about this purchase", which is not automatic and maybe they can give you a refund of those you haven't played.

They can't. You bought them as single item, you can only refund them as a single item. If you want independent refunds you need to add the individual items to your cart and not the bundle.

They can, they have done so with XIII pre-purchases, keeping Classic and pre-purchase DLC.
