Hahahahahaha, oh man, this can be a huge offtopic, no problem with that? xD.

I will just tell that I know them all (even if I have seen them, avoided them or left them to watch in the future). I dont watch too much stuff right now, mostly play games on my free time xD.

But I will just clarify this... I hate lolis xD (with a really tiny amount exceptions) and moe and ecchi and all that. Dont watch romances either.
From the ones you mentioned and I saw...
-I never finished Jigoku Shoujo (I liked it, but... first time I got bored, and second had a problem with the episodes format... So I never watched it again).
-I like Jormungand and Canaan (Jormungand should be in my top... 30 maybe).
-Claymore is awesome too.
-I have watched almost the whole Macross Saga (except for the last one) and I am not a fan, but not a hater either... I am a Gundam guy xD.
-Still haven't watched Gatchaman Crowds.
-Watched Avatar as a kid, but I think never finished with all the seasons (technical problem again).
-Ergo Proxy is pretty good. Not a favorite though.
-Vampire Knight was my first hated anime since I watch anime xD (or maybe it was Suzumiya Haruhi... one of those 2).
-Grimgar had a nice beginning, but I didn't like how it spent the rest of the episodes. Definitely not my type.
-UN-GO was a big great surprise. Pretty awesome anime.
-I don't dislike Elfen Lied, but I don't like it too much either. It is not bad.

I don't plan to see the other ones you mentioned, not my style. Thank you for the recommendations anyway :).
