We're testing out a new support feature starting today. If you check the navigation, you'll see a Support link, which redirects you over to a private forum. It's similar to the public forum, however, topics you create are only viewable between you and our moderators. This will allow our entire team to respond to any questions, multiple moderators to assist at one time, and reduce our overflowing e-mail, along with support questions flooding the general site. At the same time, if you have any suggestions or bug reports, this is a great place to handle them as well. Users and moderators are able to close and reopen their support tickets at anytime, so this will allow us to stay organized, and ensure all questions get resolved.
