So er... why not just make it a giveaway for the bundle?
I believe even in group giveaways, even if they have special rules, they must be marked as what is being given away.

"Humble Deep Silver Bundle (Above Average)" is the marked name in the list for games to giveaway.

Deep Silver (Above Average), just include in the description of it that it will not include the games that were in the lower tier of the bundle.
