  • 1 : you don't, unless you can find another valid reason.

  • 2 : create a ticket to request a received feedback and provide evidence that you have delivred the gift.

  • 3 : I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, can you please clarify ?

1: Reroll should have been granted. Winner did indeed win the game before, which is grounds for reroll.

Nope, it was my fault, I misunderstood the ticket.

If you mean getting the previous winner to be the winner again, not really. Technically the admin can do it, but you'd need a very good reason, and it would take a long time since he is busy.

However if you want to reroll the new winner of the giveaway and get a new winner again, that is possible, simply create a new reroll ticket.

Please create a ticket under the Other category explaining the whole situation. Post screenshots showing your inventory history (gifting or trading history).

Ah, just saw your edit after posting. Please create a ticket in the "Other" category to sort this out.

I'm guessing the user caused confusion by picking the wrong option when making a ticket - but I haven't had any trouble in the past getting rerolls because users have already won the game.

(And sorry if I'm repeating anything that has been said elsewhere - I was distracted by TV while writing that and missed a bunch of other replies).

1) I would assume that "winner rejected the gift" is always a valid reason. Winner could tell it on the GA page. Without that support probably thinks you are the one who does not want to give the game. I rejected a gift on Monday/Tuesday, and I have not won it earlier, and do not have that game at all
2-3) winner has 7 days to mark/not mark, activate/not activate, but the fact that user marked it as received (3) will not change by itself

  • 1 The reason on the ticket should have been: Previously won the game/already on account
  • 2 see above
  • 3 Actually I;m confused about three, and it's processes someone else can answer that one.

1 - Right ticket is "Previously won the game/already on account" , as long as he has activated the other copy on his account it should work
2 - Just give him some time, i would keep an eye on him, just to be sure its not a re gift attempt
3 - never happened to me, but i would assume neither, you should contact him though

3- not activated a won game. Report him, else you can both be banned by feedback fraud Perhaps the best you can do is explain that in a reroll ticket the only way to be answered by all the support team, so maximum priority if I'm not wrong. Whoever else report him may take months or even years to be addressed.

Note that probably he gave the key to someone else or traded or sold it. But as he marked as received you can bet it's used. So the solution probably isn't to get an effective reroll, just use that ticket for getting higher priority.

Oh, I note the "little" change, he has not marked as received.
If he doesn't answer you in any place/way. You can request a reroll. In the past exposed keys weren't available to reroll. But maybe now you can end with a case like 1. Reroll give the key to someone else, if not valid explain it in another ticket and get backrolled and the giy suspended for not activating and possibly feedback fraud.

Seems there are too much troll here. In theory you can skip most of them doing giveaways for some higher level users. Because one can assume they learned how the site works, but in the practice...

Thanks for your patience and perseverance! I hope you become luckier with your future winners!!!
