Are foils THAT rare?

I am currently eligible for around sixty booster packs and in all those 240+ cards I received never did I get a single foil. That fact made me quite curious, are foils exceedingly rare or am I exceptionally unlucky in this regard?

No boosters, no foils. Hence I sell as good as all my cards. As said before, you can only trade for half of your games, so you would still need to buy the other half. Or trade for leftover bundle games, but this can be a bit tricky.

I have found only 1 foil,and like 3-4 booster packs

around 300 cards, 0 foils and 3 booster packs. Guess I'm also unlucky.
