I'm not sure if it's that good idea tu put CoH keys like this. The problem is that activating the game on steam is worthless since you have to later enter it in-game to add it to your Reliq account. By the time you finish downloading CoH from Steam someone else has probably already used the key to add ToV to his Reliq account (someone who already has the base game installed) so you can't play it even tough you have it on steam. What's even worse, you cannot even buy it yourself now (well, I guess you can buy it as gift, send it to a second account, and get the key to activate it).
