Looks like you're playing your wins so how about Playing Appreciated? They have no ratio requirement, you just have to play your win from the group within a month of winning. It's a small but active group and you can make whatever ratio you want.
Personally I like to donate at least one game per every two wins in the group or 1:1 if I have keys laying around but it's not an obligation.

Have you look in group recruitment section, they're a lots of groups who fits your requirements...
