How do I know what games have been gifted and are not available for listing?

I got a coupon a few days ago and I can't do a giveaway for that game, how do I check if it's blacklisted?

Thanks, but still the game I want to giveaway is not there and I can't find it in the ''Create a giveaway'' section :/ the name of the game is ''Project Starship''
