If they haven't been suspended for this yet, then we will suspend them. Since being suspended invalidates the entry, you would get a reroll on that ground.

There's no such feature, suspension records are only available to the staff, so when you get a winner and you notice some non-activations / multiple wins on their profile, simply create a ticket to request a new winner and we'll check.

The winner of one of my giveaways won a game twice (on both occasions the game is marked as received) and a DLC item four times (yet again, on all occasions, marked as received). My real problem is that this user didn't do anything like that this month. Would specifying this issue completely in a re-roll request suffice for one to happen?
