The difference with the offer they had is small (from 1 you jump to 2 or 2+something small per month)

yeah at first it's $2+ then they honored a $1 deal but for some reason idk why they stopped doing that free subscribing a month even tho that's all you see in their ad promotion

I have my subscription ended before 15 days but i still was able to claim the Kung Fury: Street Rage - Ultimate Edition.

that's 15 days, it usually be good within 28-31 days... usually if you buy it like half of month or close to ending you'll get a chance to claim the other month

yeah but that part it might be $1 if you do have an option but i doubt it since i always resub every month for a $1 on the same account with the same payment method so easy exploit ig lol

They would've refunded you if you had contacted their support, but yeah that's shitty. I guess you could've used VPN, but probably not worth it

yes, that shopify page is not available in my region (probably some payment provider/subscription thing), but i too can access their site just fine and get keys and cancel subscription

are you an IGN Plus Member? but if you couldn't claimed before it was closed and having difficulties to claim you can contact IGN support they might give you a spare key for that game

I haven’t ever used the giveaway function with this website because I guess I don’t really understand how it works? I assume you get points when u give games away and use them for chances at other giveaways? Is it a good way to get specific games u want? Or just kind of random?

You give away games, you get CV (contributor value) for it. User levels are tiered based on CV, and you can only enter for giveaways that are at or under your level. So by giving away games you can enter more giveaways, but your chance to win any giveaway does not change, everyone has 1 entry to their name. If you access more giveaways for your wanted game, you can focus more of your points towards winning that game - but they still remain very random, luck-dependent. I had games for which I entered ~200 giveaways and still did not win it, so it's not magic :)
I suggest you to read the "Winning" and "Contributor Value and Levels" sections of the FAQ
edit: if you compare this site to trading, then don't. You'll likely win a game out of multiple hundred, if not thousand entries. Even if you make giveaways by the dozen
