These things happen. Sometimes it's temporary. Sometimes it's permanent.
I've got a number of games I know I've played in the dim and distant past (and in some cases, played to completion) which are now showing as zero playtime.

I didn't notice when the playtime on these games got borked, but it has been like that for months.

Well, this time round it's definitely maintenance. It can't be a coincidence that this happens very soon after maintenance has started.
